To ensure that your delicate tea leaves produce a delicious, flavorful tea, there are a few important things to keep in mind. Firstly, it is recommended to rinse the teacup and teapot with hot water. Secondly, use about 3.5 - 7 grams of tea leaves (2-3.5 teaspoons) for every 225 ml of water. Thirdly, steep the tea leaves in hot water at 70°c (158°F) to 80°c (176°F) for 1 minute for the first and second brewing. Gradually increase the steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewing. Finally, refill the cup when it is still 1/3 full.
